Hatfield Living Crafts
The Guild demonstrated at Hatfield Living Crafts in May 2011. The Guild's members have demonstrated their crafts at this event for numerous years. The Guild had members there each day giving demonstrations of spinning, carding and weaving. We usually answer lots of questions about spinning and related crafts and joining the guild. We are also happy to teach people to spin during the event, if time allows.
The Herts County Show
The Guild demonstrated at the Herts County Show at the end of May 2011. The Guild has taken part in a 'Sheep to Garment' demonstration in previous years. We usually have a display of a variety of different hand spun and woven items, as well as a demonstration of weaving on a table loom and a 'guess the fibre' competition. Welwyn Fun Day

Hatfield House Country Show
Many came to see us at the Hatfield House Country Show in August 2011. We were in the sheep tent demonstrating our various crafts (spinning, tapestry weaving, rug making etc.)
